RTC has taken steps to manage the current funding challenge responsibly by focusing on efficiency, cost control, and protecting service as much as possible.

We believe it’s important to demonstrate fiscal responsibility before asking the community to consider future funding options.

Reduced Costs

We’ve implemented cost-saving measures across the organization to stretch every dollar further.

Delayed Projects

Some projects have been postponed to prioritize maintaining existing transit service.

Frozen Service

We’re continuing the same level of transit service for customers. Adding services would increase costs.
